What we do with your information.

Only what you send us. The enquiry form asks for your name, organisation or position, email, phone and a description of your project. If you write or call instead, we hold that correspondence. We do not buy data and we do not build profiles.

To answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and keep a record of work we have done for you. Where we manage platforms, accounts or records on your behalf, we hold that material as part of the engagement — not for our own use.

Enquiries from palaces, households and traditional councils are held on the royal desk and are not discussed outside the team working on them. Nothing about a household is published, quoted or shown as work without written consent.

No one, unless the work requires it — a media contact, a hosting provider, or a platform we manage on your behalf. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Enquiries that do not become work are kept for up to twelve months, then deleted. Client records are kept for as long as the engagement runs and for as long afterwards as Nigerian law requires. Ask us to delete anything and we will, subject to that.

This site uses only what it needs to function, plus basic visitor measurement so we know which pages are read. No advertising trackers.

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@brandloom.ng and we will respond within thirty days.
